We are a versatile and modern machine shop, founded in 2015 and located in the Dutch province Gelderland.

Our customers are typically equipment manufacturers that want to continuously improve their production and require tailor-made solutions for this purpose. For these companies, we develop, build, modify, and maintain (custom) machines, installations, proto's, tools, and components.

Special machines & customs

The Machine Construction Department is involved in the design, manufacture and maintenance of machines.

Our customers are mainly production companies that want to automate certain processes and actions.

We are strong in special machines, automation, robotization, prototype construction and system integrations. Programming controllers and assembly also part of our offering.

We use a structured project approach that offers space for our analytical skills, creativity and pragmatism. Our efficiently designed location has the capacity to produce smaller series.

Our processes, based on NEN-EN 1090 and ISO 9001, and experienced staff ensure that every project meets the highest quality standards. And because we carry out everything in-house, consistent quality and fast delivery are guaranteed.

CNC machining & welding

The Metalworking Department is engaged in high-quality CNC machining work, and welding of assemblies. We offer MIG/TIG welding.

Our professionals produce parts made from all sorts of metals, including steel, stainless steel, plastics and aluminium with our modern, automated machine park.

In our machine park we have both conventional and CNC machines. For post-processing of metal parts and assemblies we work together with various partners.

Lab Solutions

The Lab Solutions Department specializes in automating lab-scale operations, in particular pretreatment of samples in preparation for analyses using HPLC, GC, Mass Spectroscopy and UV/VIS, among others.

You can also contact us for the design and construction of R&D test setups and prototypes with which you can substantiate your process or scientific research.

We design and build adjustments to your equipment and automate customized processes. These can be stand-alone solutions or complete system integrations with your lab equipment.
